In April of 2007, Pelican Worldwide launched its dry bulk product line, by offering innovative butterfly valves, hopper tees and many other ancillary products designed for use in pneumatic dry bulk tank trailers.
Due to customer demand and our dedication to the dry bulk market, Pelican has decided to broaden the product offering by starting design work on a new “low profile” hopper tee, a cast aluminum manhole assembly, an aluminum body swing check valve, mechanical relief valve and a new quick release pipe coupler all scheduled for completion this year.
The product development pipeline is very busy for 2008. You can also be on the lookout for a chemical road tanker product line that will feature pressure relief vents, vacuum relief valves, a vapor recovery system and a manhole assembly all manufactured in stainless steel.
This forward thinking approach to innovation and the commitment to product development has gained Pelican Worldwide a position on the “Inc. 5000” fastest growing companies list published by Inc. magazine on August 20th, 2007.
